Where I'm at...

 

My name is Darren Gaynor, and I am a recent graduate from Salford

University, with a BA in Graphic Design. I am a freelance Illustrator

and Graphic Designer, and I take inspiration from the diversity of

people and the power of stereotypes. I create characters based upon

observation and, most importantly, my own stereotypical subconsious

for both comical effect and political messages. Whilst at University

I started a small business with my dad where we combined my

understanding of design and illustration with my dads skills and

experience in carpentry in order to transform children's bedrooms

with wall art and bespoke themed furniture.

 

I enjoy every aspect of my career, and look forward to any opportunity

to work in the design industry. Whether you are looking for an Illustrator,
